Dyspepsia also called as an ‘’upset stomach’’. Dyspepsia is defined as upset in upper abdomen.

Management and Prevention
  1. Take small meals at frequent intervals.
  2. Chew food slowly and completely.
  3. Avoid Fatty and spicy foods and, carbonated beverages
  4. Don’t take caffeine in excessive amounts
  5. Stop alcohol and smoking
  6. If you are obese lose your weight
  7. Regular exercise regularly.
  8. Manage stress. Practise  deep breathing, meditation or yoga
  9. Have a sound sleep
